Rapid realist review

Prof Rod Sheaff is leading the realist section of our work in the form of a realist evaluation to inform development of our logic model. 

Logic Model

The logic model describes the proposed mechanisms that create behaviour change in the PROGROUP intervention. Through our work with specialist weight management services, and in consulting the literature around behaviour change for weight management, we have created and refined our current thinking on a logic model to describe how the PROGROUP intervention works. The paper fully articulating this work was published March 2026.
